Q: Has anyone else had a problem with the guards making a loud clipping noise every time the doors are opened?

I have a Gladiator and they fit perfectly. I bought the shorter ones first and they broke going thru a car wash last year. These are much better and do not notice any clipping noise.

Q: Can they be painted to match body color?

They are plastic and shouldn’t take much prep work to paint. They make a ton of wind noise though. So be prepared for that just to redirect a small drip

Q: Is this compatible for 2023 2 door jeep ribicon?

I have a 2008 jeep wrangler two door and a 2020 jeep gladiator and they fit on both my daughter has a 21 jeep wrangler so far they have fit on it all of them they are awesome I have bought For all three of them no problem easy to put on

Q: what do you recommend for soft top jl?

Dont do it. Our soft top jl 2018 will not support these. I bought them twice thinking it was human error but no, the item is not wide enough for sliding onto the trim...it simply will not fit.
