Ohta Isan Antiacid S Can

My mom used to give this to me as a kid when I ate too many spicy foods and had heartburn/indigestion/gas. Tastes like mint with cinnabark and some other ingredients, but it's pleasant.I usually sip water like I'm taking a pill, let the water sit in the back of my throat, scoop one spoonful (provided), and swallow without gargling. Goes down smoothly - not like swallowing cinnamon powder with water if anyone has tried (as a dare :p) but smooth with no powder coming out of the nose. Highly recommended as I have ulcers and diverticulitis and got tired of taking prescription/over the counter meds. Always worked well and still does. I am a grown adult now and still take this.Oddly enough, i read the label and it works for post alcohol consumption too. I tried it after several nights of debauchery - took it when I woke from nausea, and it works like a charm! Not sure what it is, but it's herbal so something good is working wonders there and is safe!

This may seem expensive, but go look at some of the stronger antacid meds next time you're in the pharmacy section, and you'll see that this is a pretty comparable price.What's not comparable is the results. This substance wipes out stomach acid IN SECONDS. I am really amazed at the speed this powder works at. Nothing I've ever taken even comes close.The taste is awful. What you're essentially eating is Calcium Carbonate (usually found in Tums and other brands) but also Baking soda (Sodium Bicarbonate). The combination of the 2 will be instantly neutralized in your stomach by the acid, but the addition of the baking soda gives it the awful taste. (the other chemical in the powder is a flavoring, to try to mask some of the baking soda taste)I swear by this product now despite the taste. There is nothing like feeling completely relieved in under 10 seconds.

This is similar to using baking soda to ease an upset stomach. If you have the money (this is more than ten times the price of baking soda), it is un upgrade. The powder is superfine, greater surface area to react with. It's so fine that it is not hard to draw in a small amount, just opening your mouth in front of spoonful of it. It can reach all the way to the back of your throat and may cause you to cough. Additionally the taste is so awful/strange you're basically feeling better just knowing that anything that tastes that bad must work.If it doesn't work in a minute, it probably won't work at all.My father and I have been using this for more than ten years and other than the price being on a lunar trajectory, it hasn't changed at all.

I'm not sure if this works more than tums but it definitely leaves a cooling sensation when you swallow it. Kind of hard to get used to the medicinal flavor at first but if your mom made you take gross vitamins when you were younger you should be fine with that chalky taste.

I used to have this after heavy meal since when I was teenagers. This works like a charm. No more heart burns at least for me.

I had been prescribed by my doctor a low dose of pepcid for my stomach acid. I took it for like 3 weeks and i still have leftover pills that I couldn't finish anymore. It was so strong it eradicated all of my acid and gave me yeast infection. So i took a dose of fluconazole and it cleared up. I've know of this medication from my mom and i bought here on amazon. I only had to take 1 spoonful and my stomach acid never came back. This worked very quick and less hassle. I take it anywhere with me in case i get an upset stomach.

I'm a Japanese and know it works and it does work. My American husband uses this all the time and loves it.I'm so happy now that I can get this in US.

I always carry this with me if I know I'm going to travel or having a big meal or after drinking (yes it helps the upset stomach for a hangover as well). This relieves everything so fast!!
