LA MAISON DU CHOCOLAT Coffret Maison, Gourmet Dark And Milk French Chocolate Gift Box (40 Pieces)

Bought for a gift, my mother absolutely raved about it. In their entire life, almost 90, this is the best chocolate they've ever had. The way it was packaged was very nice as well. Unfortunately I either forgot to include whom it was from or option wasn't available. My mother called the company to see if she could find out who sent them and was very impressed when she was greeted by a French speaking person. Made her day.

Are these tiny chocolates expensive? Yes. But here’s the thing- buying good chocolate for a special occasion should not just be expensive but worth every bite! I don’t know how they made the tiny delectables and put the different flavors in them, but once you bite into each of them you are welcomed with a surprise- the texture is of ganache, you get two of each flavor and some are easily noticeable of what it may be- some have designs on them and some have smoothe. They melt so nicely and you get a total of twenty four pieces. The packaging it comes in- they make sure your chocolate will not melt during shipping. I thought I was receiving something exclusive and I was. The box the chocolate comes in is lux and you can tell these chocolates are something special. I will absolutely buy these again!

La Maison du Chocolat boxes of chocolates The individual chocolates are unique in their flavor profiles. These are the only chocolates where I eat one piece & return to the box later because each one is sublime, to be savored. I eat 2-3 pcs per day. It's difficult for me to describe how each piece is just beyond. This box was not for me but it was one of the boxes I love so I sent a box to a family member who also loves this box and feels like I do about La Maison du Chocolat chocolates. She was soooo happy!! I sent them to her this time because I want her to have awesome experiences (remember them for now) while her Alzheimer's is still in the mild stage. We've swooned over, shared our memories (one of us asks the name of the one with the raspberry puree & off we go!) of La Maison du Chocolat chocolates and we've only had 4-ish boxes each over 15+ yrs!! La Maison du Chocolat- truly special in the art of making chocolate & chocolates while also providing valued memories for me and my family.
