..that for dark hair colors [front lace bases] the knots need to be Bleached so that it can mesh with your hairline. This is like the 3rd time they failed me... it went so well the first purchase. Sadly I have to start a refund return. For a business that's supposedly in the industry for 10+ years, they sure know a whole lot of nothing about their customers needs and requests--i tried 2 channels of messaging them before the delivery to make sure knots are bleached. Yet no response and no bleached knots. Dissapointed.

I like that this hair unit only had the frontal in lace and the back was polyurethane it’s always hard trying to remove all the glue when it’s a full lace unit somehow it always gets in the hair. The hair quality was good and so was the price will definitely buy again.

I ordered the one closest to my hair color, that being red. The picture certainly looked reddish. I got it today and it’s brown. It’s nice though just not the color advertised.

Good quality of hair, however I had to return because the color was too dark and the next level was too light.

A good piece, durable and total Y customizable. Minimum maintenance needed.
