If you don't like this toner because it's faultless, dependable, and reasonably price then you must have a ink jet printer. The toner leaves a sharp, clear printed page and without any toner dust. I have a older HP 49 A printer and this company still supply s me with factory quality toner.. My printer is only 19 ppm but it's all I need and to buy another printer I would lose money because the newer printer and the newer toner would cost more and as long as this HP printer continues to serve me, and It's a great printer I'll continue to use TRUE IMAGE as mu souce. I tried off brands before and they short you on the toner and streak the page with toner lines. I have tried the rest but now I buy the best. LL

I was hoping this would work as well as the name-brand ink, but it just doesn't cut it.It works ok on regular weight paper, but printing with this ink on any type of mailing label and it begins to flake/rub off. The flaking is bad enough that I've had multiple pieces of mail returned to me because enough of the shipping label wore away that it became undeliverable. Unfortunately, the cost of the unusable postage made any savings on the ink not worth the purchase for me.The problem was consistent with both cartridges in the package and I was not able to duplicate it with the name-brand ink. If you are only printing on paper, you might be ok but it simply won't work for my needs.

Fit perfectly. Way cheaper then HP product. Cheaper then a generic at an Office store. Prints just as well if not better then the original. Too new as far as longevity. Fits perfectly, way cheaper, quality prints and we will see how long it lasts. So if you need one, buy it.

The quality of the print is unacceptable. After the first twenty or so copies, black streaks are on the documents. I know this isn’t a fluke be because I know of someone who bought the product and it did the same thing. You are better off paying the higher price for name brand cartridges because no matter how cheap this is, it’s a waste of money.
