The delivery was smooth. I have ordered for my husband with high cholesterol and BP. So, we take this medicine as a supplement. The size is too big for ingestion. With proper diet( no sugar, no salt and less oil) and 20 mins excercise daily, his BP has comes down by 10 to 12 from orginal reading. As we are non vegetarian, we skip this tablet on the days we have non-veg. The ingredients mentioned are very much required to increase good cholesterol.

Been taking one capsule daily with breakfast for about 5 weeks as part of a general supplement routine. The idea of a veg-based omega covering 3 6 7 and 9 together is genuinely useful, especially for those who avoid fish oil. The capsule size is manageable and goes down easily enough with water. No fishy aftertaste which was expected since it is plant-based, so that part is fine. The problem is the smell when you open the bottle. There is a strong, slightly stale odour that hits immediately and the capsule itself carries it. Not unbearable but noticeable enough that I have to take it quickly and close the bottle. My wife refuses to take it for this reason alone. Not sure if this is the nature of the ingredients or a quality control thing but it is consistent across the whole bottle. On results, 5 weeks is probably not enough to judge a supplement fairly so I will hold off on that. No noticeable negative effects, digestion has been fine. At 60 capsules for a 2 month supply the quantity is good. Patanjali pricing is reasonable so value is decent if you can get past the smell issue. Worth trying if you specifically want a veg omega supplement and are not sensitive to strong odours. But go in knowing about it rather than being surprised on day one.

Mujhe aisa laga.... personally ki..jo seabuckthorn he..usko..jyada process nahi Krna chahiye banane ke time pe....usko... natural rahne diya jaye thora or to or achha rahega... regular use karne pe..achha asar dikhta he ...but pahle apne doctor se advice le le...ok.. Or ha capsule ki size thori choti kar di jaye....to achha rahega......matlab total quantity same rakho ...but ... Capsule ki size ghata ke ...unki sankhya badha do....ok ....

Superb one. Its outer cover is made soft to swallow easily. No gelatine. At 60+, its very useful one must adopt for better health
