Gentle Waterproof Makeup Remover, Sensitive Skin, 6oz

I was looking for a waterproof makeup remover, as the one I had been using would burn my eyes. Like any normal person, I dealt with it until there was but one serving left and decided it was time for a new one. I happen to own an unofficially-semi-permanent waterproof mascara that appears to need something just as potent to remove it from my face. This was so gentle, but easily removed that industrial grade mascara without any problem! You need to shake it up first and get everything mixed together, then pour some onto a cotton pad and briefly hold it on top of your closed eye for a few seconds, and THEN start gently wiping off your eye makeup. That way you don’t scratch your skin with your caked up eyelashes like I used to. It was really easy to use, super effective, minimally irritating for my sensitive eyes, and quick! I appreciate the added botanicals of aloe, ginseng, and green tea, as it feels more natural and soothing for my face! While it may be a little pricier than some other brands, I love this makeup remover and am so glad I tried it! If you also have sensitive eyes with your current remover, I highly recommend trying this one out!

Most effective and GENTLE make up remover. I used to use Lancome Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Make Up Remover which is wildly expensive but was gentle and effective. This stuff works the same if not even better. I have very sensitive skin and I can get every bit of mascara, eyeliner, etc off with no residue and ZERO skin drying or irritation and does not burn your eyes. A little goes a long way. Defintiely worth it for price and quality.

OMG, I am in love with this eye makeup remover! Especially since I’ve been spending so much money on Lancôme bi-facil eye makeup remover for so many years! I thought that in order to get the best product you have to spend more money because I’ve tried other brands and the Lancôme was far better than any of those so I stuck with it. However, when I saw Cetaphil for only five dollars, and knowing that it should be for sensitive skin, I figured I would give it a shot. It works like a charm very quick to take off even the most persistent make up. The best part is it doesn’t leave behind an oily residue. It’s like 95% unscented, meaning there’s just a very small hint of something but definitely nothing to worry about. It also doesn’t irritate my eyes. I’m just happy I found something that works and doesn’t break the bank! Update: I do want to revise this review and mention 2 things. First, I forgot to mention how there is no inner cap to let out only a little bit of a product at a time, like most eye make up removers have. So you can easily pour out way too much of the product at once if you’re not careful. However, I have a liquid push down dispenser that I refill, so this didn’t bother me too much. I basically just use a cotton pad to push down on the top of the dispenser. I basically just use a cotton pad to push down on the top of the dispenser. Second, my sister used It and she said it burned her eyes. I guess you just have to be a little careful when using it. I personally didn’t have that issue but I figured I would mention it and for those two reasons I’m going to knock one star off.

Works as well as Lancôme. I’ve compared with the left and right eye. But for 1/4 the price. It has something that works as well as oil (despite being oil free) so it takes off waterproof.

My daughter bought this and had this to say: "I have very sensitive skin, so I was worried about using this. But not only did my skin not react, it loved it. My skin felt clean and made taking my waterproof mascara off like a dream! The use is really easy, just make sure to shake it up before hand to activate the remover. I love the scent in it too, it's not overpowering."

I’ll admit, the oily texture took a bit of getting used to but it absorbs in my skin and helps it feel so hydrated while removing all stubborn makeup. Love this product

I use this to remove eye makeup. My usual removal product is Neutrogena eye makeup remover, but this was only $4.99 on subscribe & save. It feels like I'm putting baby oil on my eyes. It doesn't sting since it makes me clench my eyes shut, but I don't like the way it feels. I tried using it on other parts of my face, but I still don't like it. I feel like it leaves an oily film that I have to scrub a little more when washing my face. I won't buy this again. Subscription cancelled. Update 12/4/2019: My toddler smeared dark pink lip gloss all over a white leather purse. I tried cleaning it off with facial cleanser (since it's gentle), but it still left a pink stain and I didn't want to scrub any harder for fear of damaging the leather. I have super sensitive skin, especially on my eye lids, and I’ve found this make up remover to be the best for my delicate skin. Also, it removes even the toughest of long lasting eye liner. I highly recommend!
