Most effective and GENTLE make up remover. I used to use Lancome Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Make Up Remover which is wildly expensive but was gentle and effective. This stuff works the same if not even better. I have very sensitive skin and I can get every bit of mascara, eyeliner, etc off with no residue and ZERO skin drying or irritation and does not burn your eyes. A little goes a long way. Defintiely worth it for price and quality.

Love this option, better than baby oil, and way cheaper than the designer makeup removers for a fraction of the price. Works perfectly on senior skin. No need to tug and wipe hard as it dissolves all the makeup after a pat of the remover on area that needs removal.

Works good especially with waterproof mascara but the price has really jumped up used to be 6.00-7.00 now 13.00. Guess it is very popular.

I have sensitive eyes and was looking for something that would take what little makeup I wear (a little eyeliner, mascara, brow pencil) off easily, no scrubbing, & with no irritation. After reading multiple reviews, I chose the Cetaphil. I have used this for many days (3 blurps on a cotton pad) and this is what I have noticed. 1] to remove ALL of the neutrogena mascara, I either have to hold the pad on my eye to let the mascara 'soak' or I resort to light scrubbing. 2] more product on the cotton pad doesn't help remove anything any better 3] Even though this is oil-free, there is an 'oily' feeling that is left around my eyes. It does not matter how much or little product is used. 4] rinsing my face with water after, as the directions state, doesn't take away that feeling. 5] this caused some of the skin around my eye to feel irritated and slightly red. Conclusion: a] does remove makeup, but seems to not do well with mascara b] have to wash my face after using to remove oily feeling c] somewhat irritating to skin. I can use this, just not everyday. You may have different results.

I feel I have terribly oily eyelids, eyelashes, and a general overall eye area so I've basically had to buy industrial strength waterproof mascara just not to look like someone punched me in the eyes everytime I apply mascara. My main concern with said mascara was that general face cleaner was not getting all the mascara off at the end of the day. I would end up with constant rings under my eyes from partial mascara removal and my lashes were caked with mascara. I used the Cetaphil Remover last night and was pleased that my problem was over. There was no caked or clumped mascara left on my eyes after usage and no rings on my skin. My eyelashes feel clean. The product to me was only slightly oily feeling although it says "oil-free" but not terrible. Of course if you get it in your eye you should wash it out but it did not burn or cause any redness. Not much of a scent. Once the product dissipates my eyelids did not feel oily. Like other reviews, I was surprised that the bottle did not have some sort of stopper or control for distribution of the product which would have made it better. Made in Canada.

It works on waterproof makeup, but I find it to be oily when it's supposed to be oil free.

Wow, I’m amazed at how well this product removes all makeup. For years I’ve used Lancome Bifacil and spent a boat load of money. Having run out of the Bifacil I decided to try this. It is just as good if not better and of course the price is much lower. I now will only use this remover!! Bye bye Bifacil!!!!

I have super sensitive skin, especially on my eye lids, and I’ve found this make up remover to be the best for my delicate skin. Also, it removes even the toughest of long lasting eye liner. I highly recommend!
