LilyetteWomen's Tailored Strapless Underwire Minimizer, Seamless Convertible Bra

I've been wearing this bra for years. I have in nude and black. Usually strapless bras come with molded stiff cups that don't hold the girls in and therefore, gravity is constantly pushing the bra down. This bra has a natural cup that fits like a glove, so I guess that's why it's called a "minimizer" but I love the natural look and the band across the back does not allow for any slippage. I NEVER have to pull it up and I'm a 40D. Once on, it's stays put, and it's comfortable!

I had zero expectations for this bra since I have a rather large chest and small frame (32D). Strapless was never an option for me! However, since I am in a wedding and need to wear something without straps, I chose to purchase this item after a lot of searching. In the past, one option I chose was a bustier, however, those are generally uncomfortable, do not fit me well, and show under clothing.I tried this on as soon as I got it and I was amazed at how well it fit me. Also, it stayed up and really does minimize. I wasn't sure if it would stay up all day, though, especially after moving around a lot and even dancing. I decided to wear this out one evening, and it stayed up for hours! Also it gives you enough support and doesn't sag. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because the rubber inside tends to itch my skin a little bit, but otherwise I think this is a really well-made item and a good option if you are the same shape I am or close to it.

This bra fits tight, which is intentional. I exercise and I like how tight it fits. But I measured myself as is recommended. It is comfortable for me, but I suspect some will be surprised by the tight fit, or they guess at their size and do not measure themselves as recommended. It can be worn without the straps (they are removable) or with, and the straps can be configured for crosswise or straight over the shoulder. It is important if the straps are used they are not pulled up too tight, or the bra will be too tight over the shoulder or the rib cage. If the straps are adjusted correctly and the right size is worn, the bra is terrific for wearing under all sorts of tops, and can be used as an exercise bra under tops, although being used as an exercise bra is not what I think the manufacturer intended (I am a bigger girl, so I love the tightness to be able to exercise comfortably ). ; )

Not totally in love with this bra. It fits mostly comfortably, and amazingly enough it does stay in place ( and that is a first for me with strapless bras.) The underwire sides go up a little higher than I would like and it chafes my armpit a bit, but nothing serious.My biggest complaint is how thin the fabric is in the cups. I have a lot of casual dress shirts that are about the same thickness as a T-shirt, and this does not stop nipple visibility. I tend to go for bras with a slight amount of padding to prevent this, but the reviews of this were pretty good so I decided to give it a go. I will still probably use this under garments with heavier material or double layered, but it’s not good for T-shirts or anything of similar fabric in my opinion.Overall it’s a good strapless option, but unfortunately I’m still in search of the unicorn strapless that is both comfortable, stays put and has good coverage.

Finally getting around to writing a review, after having this bra for over a year and a half. I had to order a new one, a size up thanks to gaining a few pounds, but let me just say this is the best strapless bra I've ever owned. I have a rather large bust, and have never had luck with strapless bras before (I'm a 40D). This bra not only holds my big tatas up, but it also stays in place and smooths out your back rolls (for ladies who have a little back fat 😉). It is also very comfortable. I find it is true to size also.My only complaint is that the material is quite thin, so you can see my nipples a little. Definitely not a big deal, I mean we all have them right? You could probably remedy that by putting a tissue or something inside the cup, but I don't even care to go that far. Still gets 5 stars!

The tags do not show brand name. I’m a big fan of Lilyette but it’s not on the tags or the bra like the ones I purchase from Macy’s.

I'm a 38D and normally wear a size 14 on top, so I'm not small. I'm 37 and living in a hot climate, so I like to wear cute strapless or spaghetti strap tops, but need support under them. I have never worn a comfortable strapless bra before (and I've tried many). This bra has finally changed my mind about strapless bras!! I can wear it all day long comfortably with no chafing, pulling, sagging or pinching. Hooray!!!! It minimizes nicely (my girls look more like C's with this bra on) and the girls have a nice, natural, round shape (no pointy Madonna breasts here!) One of my many complaints with other strapless bras is the top of the bra never sits flat against my skin and usually sticks out strangely, giving a "shelf" effect which can be seen under my clothes -- no more! The bandeau style of this bra means the entire bra is fitted to your body beautifully and no parts stick out in odd ways. Thank you, Lilyette!!!
