Airport Windsock Corporation 13"x54" Orange Replacement Windsock 100% USA Made

This windsock was purchased to replace the windsock on my hanger. Normally, the windsocks purchased from the usual aircraft related stores would last about a year before they were tattered and basically blowing shreds. This windsock is made of a much more weather resistant fabric. At first, I was concerned that the fabric was a bit heavy but the windsock reacts to even light winds with no problem. It holds up well in high winds as well and looks great. It holds its color better than any other that I have tried. Comes with everything you need to attach it to the windsock frame. A great product and less expensive than the usual stuff you buy at the airplane stores.

Does the job. The SW-NE winds are tough for everything . Maybe if the material was stronger I would not be replacing mine. With average wind, the product should be great.

Husband is very happy with the windsock. It is made very well. Much thicker then the one we had. The other one was so thin it was shredding in a month that it was up. We Recommend this item 5 full stars :)

Amazon is the only place I could find 13" wind socks. My previous wind socks were made of a coated canvas material. It will be interesting to see how well this nylon material stands up to the wind. So far so good.

Nice quality for the first year and they it fades out fast and has to be replaced. wish they could be fade resistant!
