I ordered the wrong size wick but I have to comment on the product or Amazon won't let me tell you about the great customer service I received. The wick came well wrapped and looked sturdy and well made. It was folded in such a way that it would be easy to use without it getting into knots. Now to the company. The return was so easy to arrange with a choice of ways to return. I chose to have the item collected. It was so simple. I received an email which attached a return document. I printed this out and stuck it to the parcel. This was collected the following day by the postman. A short time after the collected the money was refunded to my account. Amazing customer service.

Baumwolldocht 3 mm – ideal für selbstgezogene Kerzen und DIY-Projekte
2021 für 8,99 € gekauft (3 mm Stärke). Ich nutze den Docht hauptsächlich, um Kerzen aus reinem Bienenwachs zu ziehen – und dafür funktioniert er wirklich einwandfrei. Der Docht brennt sauber, gleichmäßig und ohne störenden Rauch. Zusätzlich sammeln wir übers Jahr auch die roten Babybel-Wachshüllen, um daraus kurz vor Weihnachten kleine Kerzen zu gießen. Auch hier brennen sie mit diesem Docht überraschend gut und stabil. Für uns reicht das Set lange, da wir nur einmal im Jahr Kerzen herstellen. Mit 15 m Docht kommt man entsprechend weit. 💡 Extra-Tipp: Beim Arbeiten mit Bienenwachs den Docht vor dem Einsetzen kurz in warmes Wachs tauchen – so lässt er sich leichter verarbeiten und brennt später gleichmäßiger.
