I brought the new Ninja Smartlid recently and the book it came with isn't very good. I needed more details about dehydrating - perfect book

This was my first time ever using a pressure cooker. I especially love the way the lid attaches to this model. So easy to use. I cooked my first time in my new Ninja Pressure Cooker today. a one pound bag of pinto beans that Tasted like I had cooked them all day on the stove. They are so tender and has the same brown bean gravy thickness like they were cooked for several hours. I love it!!!
