How much space for the turning radius do i need to turn on a landing of 90 degrees?

We like this stair crawler, since it allows us to minimize transfers between the wheelchair and a second stair crawling wheelchair. We have another smaller stair crawling wheelchair that is smaller, but it requires more transfers between a wheelchair and our smaller stair crawling chair. The dimensions on the crawler you asked about are 24" wide with a track (that folds out to 45 degrees for use) is 33". Then there is the extending handle (which you need extended to control the chair), which fully extended (floor to top of handle) is 65", so you see this is getting largish. Then depending on the size of the wheelchair (we use a smallish companion chair), which sticks out beyond the depth of the stair crawler, making the total depth of wheelchair fitted into the crawler of about 30". During use, one has the entire stair crawler sloped out at about 45-degrees. Also, you need room for the person driving the stair crawler. So you see that this might be hard to negotiate around 90-degree corners in a normal size landing. We like it because it minimizes the number of transfers that I need to do moving my wife in and out of her wheelchair.
