Helpful for pain and fibromyalgia
This helps to reduce anxiety, feels a little like valium or ativan, but is not addictive. I find it relaxing, but it does not put me to sleep.

I thought this was alcohol free similar to their other products but the California Poppy isn’t. Other than that, it seems good quality.
