Great product, individually packaged with each kit containing all the necessary tools to build each individual vehicle, perfect for giving as gifts. Had a children ages six, eight and eleven years old build them. Children under eight years old (manufactured suggested minimum age) needed a lot of support and more time, but was able to successfully complete it.

The Steam Kits were a huge hit with my boys during our Trail Life meeting! We used them to talk about modeling, and they fit perfectly into our lesson. The boys had a blast working with them, and they were easy to use while still being engaging. I’ll definitely be ordering them again for our next hobbies class. I’m also planning to get more kits for my son’s homeschool curriculum. Highly recommend for hands-on learning and creativity!

I bought this for my 10 year old son. It gave us some one on one time just him and I. This is a good set to get the kids to be off their electronics for a little while. We built the tank(one of 8) and once it's finished it zoomed across the floor, so very cool and they actually move. Clear instructions with wooden pieces. No need for glue because screws hold it together.

The directions were a bit difficult to follow because steps were missing. The helicopter needed to be glued together because it kept falling apart. The wiring for the motors is backwards in the directions so after you complete the build you need to reverse the wires. The solar helicopter has different colored wires than the directions. It needs strong batteries to run the vehicles. My boys loved them. They are durable and pretty nicely constructed. The bottom line is that they had fun building them and fun playing with them. Adult guidance is definitely needed. 6 year old helped build.

My 9 year old grandson LOVED these!!! They were perfect for his age and mind. He loves to build. He sat down and didn’t get up until he was done with all of them. Definitely not too easy, but a perfect challenge for him!

We purchased this kit for a fun family competition, including a race when all six vehicles were completed. The product quality was better than expected for the price and we had a great time building them. Younger children definitely need help building the vehicles but even our 3 year old grandson was able to move the lever to start the motors and make them run. We used a flashlight to power the solar helicopter. Our family enjoyed the vehicles in this kit very much and I'd recommend this product to others.

My son wrote this review: If you get all the pieces then it’s fun but one of them there was no screws my sister had to use glue just to make it work it is literally a gamble because none of them could work I just got lucky mine barely even moves and if you don’t have batteries you’re cocked because it doesn’t come with one single battery

This is the third collection of Stem Kits gotten for my 10 year old grandson. He gets better with each one & would do an entire box in a day if allowed to do so. I couldn’t be happier with the decision his Grampa & I made to get him involved with STEM projects, & he’s always excited about building the next one! He’s even helping more around the house & doing nice things for his little sister especially if it means he gets to build an extra one for the week.

Excellent for kids that like to build and discover. My grandson loves Lego and this was as good as any Lego toy we’ve got him

Kit is really fun with 6 different cars. My 9 year old enjoyed making these on his own. He needed assistance with the engine/battery portion of it only. Easy to put together and lots of fun playing with it after. Only issue is one of the cars was faulty but customer service was great.
