After nearly 3 decades it came time to replace my workhorse alarm clock. This fit all of my wants and needs almost to the letterIt was easy to set the time and alarm with the buttons on the back. I turned the radio control function off, I don't think Canada supports it yet. I wish there was a list of which countries do so we can see. Not that this is a deal breaker by any means, but worth noting is that it may not be supported where you liveI love the design of flipping the entire clock over to turn the alarm on and off. The labels are large and very clear on both sides and when the alarm is on, it will display in the corner of the screen so you don't need to look at the top to checkThe display backlight is off by default, which is perfect for people like me who prefer total darkness to sleep. No bright glowing numbers to disturb you. Tapping the top of the clock turns on the backlight for 4 seconds, and it isn't blindingThe alarm itself is a gentle beep that gradually gets faster. I find it unobtrusive and definitely not obnoxious. 2 things I wish it had were a limit on number of snoozes, and 10 minute snooze instead of five. Perhaps that's just me missing my old alarm clockI recommend this for anyone looking for a perfect mix of form and function in their timepiece

Easy to use. Unfortunately no snooze button. But worst of all, it broke 10 months later. Won’t buy again.
