I have a 10" foot and bought the 8.5-9I don't think I've ever bought a minimalistic shoe whether water shoe, dive boot, loafer, or barefoot shoe that has ever fit properly according to the recommended sizing. I always have to go a size down. However, if you follow the sizing instructions and go by foot length to determine size, this shoe will fit like a foot glove. It is also extremely comfortable and perfect for the gym where you need precise footing for heavy lifting. There's a reason body builders don't wear bulky soled shoes. I will definitely be buying a second pair.

I ordered my size but it is large in both length and width. Please pay attention that you need to go 2 sizes down.

First things first, i wear a size 9.5 -10. I saw reviews saying that the shoe was too big and you needed to order a size down. I bought a size down and had to return them because they were too small. Order true to size. Now after getting the right size, these were great. My form felt better and I could drive through my heels when squatting and deadlifting. Would recommend getting these!

Loose fitting, no support, insert has zero stability in the shoe and moves around. I wouldn’t even wear them as house slippers as they have no support. Just cheap nonsense clogging the marketplace. Do not waste your money, even if the price seems appetizing.
