Bought this for my ceton PC I card. Just arrived, but my *card* connection to is female, not male! Do they make f to f? Is there an adapter? help!

is your card by centon something like this one here at amazon https://www.amazon.com/Ceton-InfiniTV-PCIe-4-channel-CableCARD/dp/B003B4VLJQ or at newegg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815706001 ??if so then the cable adapter you bought should work since that card's connector is actually already FEMALE not MALE (it just "appears" male'ish - the very, very center is a hole not a pin). The cable you just mentioned Asin B00CSBJQ7C is completely wrong on both ends. On the smaller end it's a SMB not an MCX, and you need an MCX connector to connect to PC card, and the larger end is a BNC (Bayonet Neill-Concelman - usually used on test equipment cables, Ham radio set ups, etc. ) not TNC (threaded Neill-Concelman) which is what you want to connect to a typical indoor TV antenna. It's unlikely you have any off-the-shelf home TV antenna cable ends that are BNC.
