Should this have a protective seal when it first arrives? Mine arrived with no seal and appeared to be used. The bottom of the box was completely open

The outer box appeared a bit distressed at the edges as if it had been opened, but it had a clear, round seal on the top middle. However, the bottom of the box does not have a seal but looks okay. The container itself appears okay but was not sealed. The cream had a gap on the surface, as if the container had been laying on its side. I am going to Walgreens, where ai usually purchase it, and if the container has a seal, I will be returning this.
