Miskoop eerste klas geweest😔

Excellent customer service.
Came back to review after 2.5 years of hard use. Recent experience with customer service was second to none. My rollers were going bad so I emailed customer service not really even expecting a reply. The replied with hours, asked for some pictures to 'make sure they sent me the right wheels'. I sent pictures and UPS shows up with new wheels 2 days later. Very happy. Other than that, its been really good. Poked through the bottom of a couple pockets, the boards sometimes pop out of the hinges. But keep in mind, mine is completely overloaded, barely squeezes closed, and has Milwaukee Packouts mounted to the lid. FYI this is the EXACT same box as the Knipex toolbox, just a different label.
