TOTO Drake Two-Piece Elongated 1.6 GPF TORNADO FLUSH Toilet with CEFIONTECT and SoftClose Seat, WASHLET+ Ready, Cotton White - MS776124CSG#01

The toilet arrived in 2 boxes. This particular Toto is the comfort height which was important to me as I feel the low ones look out-of-date. This one also included the seat with slow close cover. The base and tank arrived in perfect condition and I had hired a plumber for install. He had zero issues unboxing and installing. Very happy I took a chance to order this on Amazon. I went this route because I needed the toilet quickly and Amazon did not disappoint.

I Love toto toilets, I ordered 1, it was broken, ordered a 2nd one even more busted. Great product, poor shipping protocols.

We wanted to replace our toilet with a "higher" seat model and get a high performance, quality product. We are happy with our choice.

Toto toilets are great! But not when you buy them from a third-party and they come broken! When you are processing a return, they want you to go to the Toto manufacturer and discuss your issue! Toto let you know that they have asked for two years now to take that link off on the return. Amazon chooses not to so when I order two toilets one came fine and one came broken. It’s like a hit and miss! The toilet is great but when you repackage a Toto toilet, you are not doing the toilet justice , as far as shipping Toto has all also requested that they not be shipped by UPS! Just a heads up!
