I love it, but you need incense cones that have a hole drilled in the bottom for the waterfall feature to work. But the incense that comes with it smells great and they work. Very beautiful ceramic piece and it’s sturdy , flow is good if you have the right incense cones . Great value for the money

The burner is made of glazed ceramic, which makes it easy to clean off any residue left by resins or essential oils used in quality incenses. Also, nice size for a desktop and it can be used with stick and/or cone incenses. I appreciated that it included some incense cones but in my experience they usually are not good and the acrid smell irritates my eyes and nose, so I used quality ones that I purchased on Amazon previously. I recommend buying this incense burner, its performance truly exceeded my expectations.

Love it but arrived broken. Packaged in a bubble wrapped bag with cones next to it in small box. Update: Seller contacted me to resolve the issue with the broken item. Very courteous, kind seller. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.
