Very good quality book for a soft back. The information in the book is great, pictures just make you want to see the sites. Will be great for traveling!

This was a very nice affordable retirement for a coworker that likes to travel. The book is nicely done and good quality.

I am very pleased with the book I received and looked at my state first. It was spot on for accuracy I hope to use this book as soon as I can start traveling to all 50 states. The book is very nice and includes pictures and a lot of information about each state. I'm glad I got this first. It will save me time using chatgpt and I can immediately start planning my trips.

Not enough info about the state and attraction

Good quality book. Very colorfull. Gives the top site seeing locations for each state. It almost like being there while sitting in your chair.

Nice little book

I was disappointed with this book. I'm trying to plan for an upcoming road trip traveling through 8 - 10 states. I'm looking for interesting places to visit to organize my trip. I was expecting more of an individual, bullet style listing of options in each state. But the book is a narrative style with chapters of 4 - 6 pages per state, each divided into two parts: Cities and Landscapes. However, the organization isn't consistent; for example the description of Boulder, Colorado is under the Landscapes section. I believe the book overlooks some good sites that should be listed. In checking the chapter for my own state, there were several museums, parks, and points of interest that weren't included. I couldn't help but wonder what was missing from other places I'm less familiar with. Probably my biggest issue is that the text mentions many locations without really explaining what is special or noteworthy about them to make them worth visiting. Perhaps I was expecting too much from this book, but I don't feel it will really give me much useful guidance in deciding where to go on my trip. It seems the contents were intended to capture more quantity of listings instead of quality or detail. Another aspect that bugged me was on the cover it says: "Where to go - when to go - what to see - what to do". The book might address "where", and in some cases covers what to see and do, but there is very little information about when to go. It seems to me the timing of trips for certain locales would be important information. My general impression is they tried to do too much with this book and to keep it a reasonable length cut back on the information presented. Although the book looks good and has nice photos, I can't recommend it as a good guide for planning a trip.

I gave this as a gift and the receiver loved it! There are at least 4 pages dedicated to each state, sometimes more if it's a huge state with a lot going on. Great photos, too.

Alle Bundesstaaten werden auf einigen Seiten kurz vorgestellt, und dann kann man diverse Hinweise lesen. Es sind KEINE Geheimtipps, die man hier findet, aber es sind gute Ideen und man übersieht nichts wichtiges. Darüber hinaus ist das Buch sehr gut bebildert. Es macht Spaß drin zu blättern und zu suchen und die Vorfreude steigt.

It’s a wonderful book for travel lovers. Also, although I bought used version, it’s in a great condition.
