I’ve been lifting for a while and tried a few different knee sleeves, but these really hit the sweet spot between support and comfort. The first thing I noticed is the quality of the material. The 6mm neoprene feels durable and provides solid compression without being overly stiff. It gives enough support for heavier lifts like squats and deadlifts, while still allowing good mobility — which is something thicker sleeves sometimes lack. During workouts, they do a great job keeping my knees warm and stable. I’ve noticed less discomfort during higher volume sessions, especially on leg days. They also don’t slide down like some cheaper sleeves I’ve used before, which is a huge plus. Fit is important with these, and once you get the right size, they feel snug in a good way — supportive without cutting off circulation. After multiple sessions, they’ve held up really well with no stretching out or seam issues. Another thing I like is that they’re versatile. Whether you’re doing CrossFit-style workouts or more traditional strength training, they perform consistently across the board. If I had to mention anything, it’s that getting them on can be a bit tight at first — but that’s expected with proper compression sleeves. Overall, these are a solid upgrade if you’re serious about training and want reliable knee support without sacrificing movement. Great balance of performance, durability, and comfort — I’d definitely buy them again.

These knee sleeves are ideal for my leg days (squats, lunges, etc.). The compression is just right. Enough to support my knees during heavy lifts but not too much that I can't get really low in my squats. Also, it takes very little time for my knees to loosen up. One set into my warm up and my knees are warm, loose, and ready to go. Highly recommended.

I started CrossFit at the beginning of January. Before CrossFit, I had occasional knee pain, primarily during longer runs. I found that my knee pain became more noticeable, longer lasting and bit more severe after heavy lifting classes that featured movements like squats, deadlifts, thrusters, etc. I finally realized I needed to try to do something and I didn't want to stop the various lifting. Talked to several other members and they recommended I give knee sleeves a try. These have worked better than I ever expected. My knees definitely feel more "stable" and less painful during class. More importantly, they are much less painful in the days afterward. I should state that I have nothing to compare these to, but they are well constructed, fit great, are comfortable and do not limit my movements in any way.

(Update 5/31/22) So I've had these knee sleeves a few months and noticed that the fabric is separating from the neoprene on the inside. They still are great knee sleeves for stability but disappointed the material is separating. I purchased the XL knee sleeves they feel great so far. My only concern was a crease down the center that left the neoprene thin hopefully this doesn't cause any issues. When used daily but otherwise they feel great. Update 2/23/24 Last August I purchased a second pair the only problem is they are starting to slouch. My first pair of knee sleeves were stiffer and the second pair I bought in August seems to be a softer material but otherwise holding up to almost daily use. Still a great product. I will definitely buy again

Great product, holds up. Fades a bit after time but that's wear and tear after good use in 1-2 years. Great cushioning, tight fit, I wear them almost everyday so I can play on wooden floors with my toddler or take a knee in an airport McDonalds line holding my kid while everyone strains their back. I also run hot and wear shorts if it is about 30-40F in Chicago, and these can keep me warm if it gets chilly.

UPDATE: 11/23/24: For easy install - turn inside out and upside down. Bring just below your knee and pull up from the bottom which turns them right side up. No need for baby powder. Ive been using them 3x a week for martial arts / knee drips & spins and sparring. Continues to offer great protection! Highly recommend. Measured my knee three times as instructed. When the knee sleeves arrived they were so tight i could not get them up. Sprinkled some baby powder on my knee area and they slipped right on. I am an Advanced martial artist and horse trainer Riding Instructor. Work all day on my feet carrying heavy saddles, heavy wheelbarrows, and buck hay. Weak knees due to past injury. These sleeves are perfect support for jump kicks, jumping off ranch equipment and did I mention I’m 61 years old. If you are looking for strong support these are perfect. If you are over weight, these are not for you due to the top and bottom band structures will cut off your circulation or be uncomfortable and even painful. These are strong support made for athletes.

These are the perfect compression. Not too tight and not too loose. Made well. Would buy again.
