Perfect book in great shape. Just right for preschoolers. Short story line repetitive lines they can chime in with funny story. Keeps their attention and you can do so much to spin off this book. Best fiction book to build a farm theme around. Read the others in this series you won't be disappointed. Mrs. Wishy Washy and her husband Mr. Wishy Washy are a hoot!

This is the first book I read by Joy Crowley. It’s still one of my favorite books for kids. They always wanted to read it over and over again. We even acted it out.

This classic book will delight young readers due to the text's simplicity, repetitive catchy phrases and vivid illustrations. The book comes in a big book version. Buyer beware: I was under the assumption that I was purchasing the big book for the 35.00 fee. Unfortunately, I received the small Mrs. Wishy-Washy version. After registering my disappointment with Amazon, I was told I could receive a small discount off the price or the option of returning the book. I chose the discount, knowing that I was still overpaying but happy to have a copy of this hard to get book in my hands.

A short story just long enough for a small attention span. Simple words, repetitive events, and fun animals make this an engaging book for a toddler. The small board book format is just right for small hands to help. It was a quick favorite from toddler story time and we had to get our own copy so we could read it all the time. Easy to memorize.

This children's book came much faster than the allotted time period, and was in extremely good condition. I would order again. These books that are children's classics which aren't available in our local book stores, are a treasure. Thank goodness for a source like Amazon that can still obtain them for us. Thanks Amazon!

I like the book, but the “story box” advertisement is misleading. You only get short one book of 16 pages. Too pricey at $20.

So happy to have gotten this very hard to get book since it in no longer in print. Joy Cowley's Mrs. Wishy Washy series not only entertains its readers but it is a great series for beginning readers. Joy has a way about engaging her readers with simple text that gives beginning readers the practice that they need.

Love this book...Hard item to find...Use it in my preschool class...kids love it

This is a super book. There are a lot of on line games that go along with this story as well. You can play play-doh games and letter recognition. This is a simple book for kids but it has a lot of teaching opportunities.

Wonderful!

the story is a firm favourite with children. However the quality of the paper back is very poor and does not reflect the expensive price tag. Disappointed.
