Good stuff
For the price is a lot cheaper then buying from the original. As long as you don't need it smaller as the tightness on it doesn't hold as great. Hope that makes sense.

Fit & Ease of use
After several weeks of use this appears to be a good product and a good value. Ther straps seem to be sturdy and the adjustments are easy to make. Two negatives: 1) the strap at its longest is a little snug, even on my smaller than average head, 2) the slits where it is secured to the frame do not attach as easily as the OEM version. I'm waiting to see how well these hold up after several cleanings. I usually wash the OEM version in the washing machine on delicate in a mesh bag along with other delicate items such as microfiber cloths. This seems to work fine with the OEM version. Cleaning the OEM version by hand seems to stretch the material too much.

A great improvement over elastic alone
My durable medical provider locally switched me to elastic-only bands that I was having to tie knots in to make them keep working for as long as they were supposed to due to their stretching over time. This was a (relatively) easy swap and has been a huge help.

Exactly what I needed.
As someone that uses a ResMed CPAP machine, the OE headgear that came with it did not hold up the way it should have. Not only did the headgear stretch but it also came apart at the section where it adjusts. Since I was out of town when it happened, I had to glue the area and make the best of it. I never thought of looking at Amazon for a replacement headgear but I'm glad I did. It was easy to install and a great value (2 in a box). Will definitely buy more just to keep handy.

Good Idea in Theory Just Doesn’t Work.
It’s either too loose allowing air to escape from the nasal pillow or I try to adjust, but unlike the original product where you can just give it a small tug to tighten and be good for days or there is now minor adjustments with this! Feel like I’m giving myself a nose job every night when I tighten it feeling like I’m jacking the cartilage up into my nose. The default mode is uncomfortable & then it loosens before I fall asleep or the next night. The original product stays tight for days or weeks. Don’t know if this is cheap elastic or the tightening device sucks. You better fall asleep quickly or just as you’re falling asleep you’ll hear that small Huss then a few seconds later it completely loses it’s tight grip allowing the pillows to not have a tight connection.

Good design & quality, but too tight for bigger heads
As others have mentioned, these headgear straps are shorter than most, which makes them uncomfortably tight for people with bigger heads. I wear a 7 3/8" fitted cap, so my head isn't freakishly huge, and I'm not a particularly delicate person, but these straps were too tight. I think I understand the manufacturer's logic - stretchy things get stretched out, so people complain about THAT, so let's make these a little on the small size so that - once they start to stretch out - they stay in the sweet spot for longer. I'm fairly sure that if I could have worn them for a few more nights, they would have started to stretch and become tolerable to comfortable. But, I gave up after two nights of discomfort. For those whose reviews said that the side buckle (another innovative design feature in these headsets) was poking in them in the head when they slept on their side... you could just remove the strap and swap the ends around so that the buckle is on the non-pillow side of your head (unless they regularly sleep on both sides, which I suspect is rare in CPAP wearers). I think that side buckle might be a clever and good way to take up the slack of a stretched-out strap, if one ever gets that far.So... These are good quality, with some thoughtful adaptations, but ultimately too darn small for me. If you have a smaller-size head, they might be a winner for you.
