Serves its purpose and helps prevent poor skin issues.

I only took these for about 2 weeks with my lunch but stopped because my face was starting to get a lot of bumps and break out. I don't normally get break outs (I'm 42 yrs old now) and I didn't have an issue with acne as a teen but started breaking out on my cheeks after taking these. I stopped to see what happens and my face is clearing back up. I had bought these thinking these were the pills my husband's doc was recommended but it was something else. I decided to take these anyways and now have stopped due to the breakouts. I might try them again later down the road but as of right now I would not recommend them since I'm not prone to breakouts but it still caused me breakouts.

This is an excellent product to treat skin issues!! Dramatically helps my rosacea prone skin without any side effects! Was recommended by my dermatologist and I will continue forever. Also helped my husband after getting a nasty cut on his forehead. Thought it would scar, but healed so quickly with no scar at all!

Many of us think that Thorne is a good brand, usually NSE certified and produced without unnecessary additives. This niacinamide has calcium laurate, which is being used as a flow agent, I think, and though it's GRAS, I would prefer that it wasn't in the supplement. I have recently discovered that the NIH suggests 500 mg. of niacinamide taken three times daily can help prevent the growth of actinic keratosis. My dermatologist told me to let him know what I find, because I get them often. He knew nothing of the studies or recommendation by the National Institute of Health. So, I look forward to results! In the meantime, the capsules are easy to swallow, have no smell to me, are not huge and were not frightfully expensive!

Helps with acne and aids with sleep. Been taking this specific supplement for years now. My skin is flawless.

This is my second order, I believe the product is very good and is doing what I need for my body. I have not had any flushing issues.
