I drink this BCAA every morning. It’s delicious and mixes into water very easily due to its very fine powder. The ingredients are cleaner than most other BCAA brands that can be ordered on Amazon.

Something changed with this product. Not the same taste and consistency. Unfortunately missed the deadline of returning. Tried once and put it away. I was a vivid user of this even subscribed few years back - but not good now. Not good.

Love it. Wish it came in a bigger jar with more servings because I take this 2 times a day on average , which means it finishes within 2 weeks for me. I mix with cold water and drink as is. The taste is great, not artificial tasting or sweet. I recover faster after heavy lifting sessions which means I get a 2nd leg/glute day in the same week, which also means MORE GAINS... lol.

Having tried other brands of BCAA's and learning about the process of animal based bcaa's, I chose to switch to the plant based bcaa's and have been using the Truth Nutrition bramd for a couple months now. I have only tried the watermelon and pink lemonade flavor and I personally like the pink lemonade better. The taste is not too sweet and it hides just enough of the bitterness of an unflavored bcaa. Some of the other bcaa's I have tried tasted a little bit sweeter (use sucralose) but I like the fact that Truth Nutrition doesn't use sucralose as a sweetener because I want to keep my supplements as natural as possible. I like the quality of the product and I feel the prices are fair compared to other brands. Although there are other plant based bcaa's out there that might be cheaper in price I personally don't mind paying a little more for their natural based product.

I had to buy this after purchasing "naked bcaas" as I missed having a flavor to my sports drink. Although having flavor is probably not the healthier option - I look forward to drinking this pre workout. I think its a little over priced for the amount that you get but I suppose I can alternate between my flavor-less BCAAs and this! Tastes great.
