This hair gel is quite literally a miracle in a bottle—the hold is legendary, the shine is unparalleled, and it is hands-down the best styling product I have ever used—which makes it all the more absolutely infuriating that I opened my package to find a sticky, gelatinous crime scene. I am caught in a hellish loop of pure ecstasy over the quality of the formula and blind, white-hot rage because I was forced to throw my favorite hair gel straight into the trash since it had completely vomited its entire contents all over the inside of the packaging. It is a testament to how incredible this product is that I’m even more livid about the waste; I was ready for the best hair day of my life, but instead, I’m left empty-handed and screaming into the void because someone’s incompetence meant my "holy grail" product arrived as a hollow container and a puddle of goo.
