My husband and I love this product and have been unable to purchase it in local stores. It is a great all purpose fish seasoning.

Blackening done right!
Chef Prudholm developed the blackening process and this seasoning does it right! Delicious and not overly hot, just like it should be. Follow his directions in a very hit cast iron skillet and you won't be disappointed.
