item arrived in a good condition but after reading the manual and following exactly what it says, it didn't work properly! iron is dripping like its raining, steam is not coming out and light indicator is not showing if its working or no ! over all experience is 0 as i know Philips produces better quality and this looked expensive but its not working at all !

I was scared prior to place the order but now happy to have the original product, received as described and works perfectly fine from the day of purchase. All features works perfectly fine as described. 👍👌

I received the box not sealed and when i try to use the iron I found out that it's leaking and the steam is very weak not like what they advertised
