May contain gluten
Although I did write to the seller and they offered a full refund, I think it should be disclosed in the listing that it may contain gluten, as this is not something you'd normally expect from a sugar product. I know it's caution from cross-processing, but for the very sensitive, it's a chance you can't take.

This is such a great sugar, yes it will turn clear liquid a little brown but the taste outshines the looks believe me. I have used this product many times and re bought it. If you have not tried this yet please give it a go it is super sweet and has a really caramel like taste it dissolves very easily with only a little residue left in your herbal tea, great to add to a hot lemon drink as a vegan alt for honey.

Arrived even before the promised delivery time. Thos was my first time trying coconut sugar amd while it is tasty and healthier for you I found the product to be a bit on the expensive side

Excellent and really fast delivery over Christmas time.
We prefer this sugar for baking, as it s a natural sugar, that the body can metabolise easier, so a heathy substitute to cane sugar, lovely flavour with a caramel hint. Had two small bags of this.

Does Contain Gluten - No May Contain about it.
No pre warning of gluten content - caused a brilliant reaction after tasting the dairy free chocolate I had made using this sugar.
