Q: Can it come off it the dog scratches at it?

I don't know about being able to scratch it off. My dog actually licked it off his wound.

Q: I just got this products used it 2 times. seem to work good but it will not spray anymore . I have cleaned out all parts and still not working.

this product ususally works for cuts, scrapes etc. that bleed. The reason the dog's tail keeps bleeding most likely has some type of infection and opening that is allowing the constant bleeding. You really should take the dog to the vet. He may have to clean it out and suture it.

Q: How long does it stay on?

I believe it’ll stay on until the wound has healed, you bathe the pet, or until it gets licked off by another animal. But I’ve hardly ever had to reapply it unless something happened to re-open the wound.
