Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolyzed is, without question, one of the better protein powders I’ve used. The quality is clear from the moment you taste it, and it has delivered consistent results in terms of performance and recovery.One of the most notable benefits has been a significant improvement in recovery time. Compared to standard whey, the hydrolysed formulation seems to absorb faster and more efficiently, which has made a real difference when used regularly, particularly when taken twice a day in my experience.Taste-wise, it's excellent when mixed with milk and has a pleasant scent and smooth flavour. However, it doesn’t hold up as well with water, where the taste is noticeably less enjoyable. That said, it’s still perfectly drinkable.Digestion is another strong point. I’ve had issues with other protein powders upsetting my stomach, but this one digests cleanly and without any discomfort, even when taken daily.The only minor drawback is mixability. It takes a bit of effort to fully dissolve, usually around two minutes of consistent stirring, but the end result is smooth once you get there.In terms of protein content, it delivers a high yield per serving, so you’re getting a lot of nutritional value without needing to use excessive amounts. Given the quality of the product and the performance benefits, it’s worth the slightly higher price tag. You’re not just paying for protein, you’re paying for results.

Super tasty, I chose cookies and cream and it’s delicious! I mix it with milk (if I’m feeling fancy it’s golden top milk) and add a small scoop of glutamine powder and honestly this is the nicest protein I’ve ever had, it mixes so well in a shaker, I would not use a blender of any sort because it goes very frothy and airy.As for the taste I absolutely love it, it is quite sweet so if you really don’t like sweet proteins this may not be for you but honestly I’m not a fan of overly sweet things but I already know my mum would complain about the sweetness, personally this has helped me start to eat in the morning which I usually hate. Starting my day off with lots of energy.

Full of flavour and very good tasting. Does not leave bloatiness and is not hard to digest. I usually finish a shake within 30 seconds

Mate after only one sip of this I felt like all the proteins that I had in the past taste like S.. I’m not even exaggerating…. This tastes so good that I suspected they put bubble tea powder in it… and texture is so smooth, so easy to blend without little clumps at all. + it does not condense the water… Christ… full of protein btw… no digestive issue felt at all after drinking… this is good

By far the best flavour protein powder I’ve ever tried. Most of them taste way too sweet, this one tastes amazing and tastes like brownies

Why did you choose this product over others?:Please don’t buy. It is the most disgusting sickly sweet taste. What a waste of money. Can’t even return it as I opened the jar to try. Couldn’t even finish one scoop as the taste is so repulsive.
