TEMPUR-Flex Hybrid Prima Medium Mattress

Love this mattress! Definitely worth spending the extra money. Beats out any memory foam mattress. It's important to know the benefits of the tempur material which in my view are far superior than the cheaper alternatives. I can't recommend this company or type of mattress enough. If you have any type of sleep issues/body pains this is THE mattress you want. For the price it's a great deal when you really think of it and break it down. Getting a good nights sleep is completely worth the purchase price.

This is the 2nd tempurpedic mattress I have owned. Both grew mold on the bottom within 2 years -- the pictures are of the second mattress (the Cloud Prima) after 2 years. NOTE: This is the only bed in the house with mold (both times) and the mold is contained within the mattress and the mattress protector. It's GROSS.

Not too heavy or bulky. Comfortable for side sleeping, so my shoulders and hips don't ache. The memory foam is still too hot for me sometimes even though I don't sink into it as much as with the older models. It works wonderfully with my adjustable bed. There doesn't' seem to be as much movement when my husband turns over in the bed, which is nice. The EasyRefresh cover zips off and on for easy washing or replacement. Very happy with this mattress so far.

The customer question and answers on this page led me to doubt whether this was an actual Tempur-Pedic mattress. The box itself is clearly marked Tempur-Pedic and so is the mattress. I went to a mattress store and compared the markings, the tags and the general design of the mattress and it checks out. This is a genuine Temper-Pedic mattress.From what I've been told, the firmness ranks at 7 out of 10. It is also a hybrid, having both coils and foam. What this translates into is a medium firm mattress that will help avoid pressure points while sleeping for back and side sleepers. This is probably not the choice for side sleepers. It is probably best for those who don't like too much cushion or the feeling of "falling into" the foam. If you've tried cushion tops and want to avoid them, then this Prima Hybrid is a good choice.The questions on the product page also state that a warranty is not available since the mattress cover is not included. The limited warranty covers defects and cracks in the foam. A quick price comparison shows that Ashely Furniture and JC Penney both carry this same mattress at the same price, but I don't see information on whether they include a warranty.Delivery by Amazon was great. They called the day after I placed the order and setup a time range of three hours for the following day. So delivery was much faster than the 3-5 listed. I live within an hour and a half from an Amazon warehouse, so maybe that had something to do with it.For quality, feel and function, I give this 5 stars. For delivery, I would throw on another star. I'm more of an Amazon person anyway, so my shopping default is here and not Ashley or JC Penney. I can't speak to their delivery services.

If I could I would give this mattress more stars. It's changed my life! I've been sleeping on it for a couple of months now and boy am I a happier person because of it. 1st this mattress comes full size in a box around it with plastic around the mattress. You just unwrap it and it's ready to go. The top is very nice and soft. You can tell this is quality made. I purchased regular king size sheets and they fit great on it. Now let's get to the good part. This is the most comfortable mattress ever. It truly forms to my body and gives me the right amount of pressure in all areas. On my old bed which I gave to my kids cause it's still pretty new but was killing me. It would take forever to get comfortable but you just lay down and your body just gets comfortable, instantly. I don't need 10 pillows to help me create my comfort level anymore. I also don't wake up with aches and pains. My old bed was very good quality but just didn't work for me. This mattress is really just amazing. I read another review saying you get hit on it but even in the heat I don't get any extra hot from the mattress. My fiancé and I can both sleep peacefully now because when he moves I don't get bounced around anymore and so I don't get woken up. It's amazing. I slept in my old bed the other night cause my son was scared and I woke up with such a pain in my back. I have nothing but peaceful perfect nights sleeps since receiving this mattress. I'm totally in love with it. I constantly tell everyone how great it is. If you get one I believe you'll feel the same.
