CeraVe Diaper Rash Cream, Baby Healing Ointment with Vitamin E, 3oz

My baby has been dealing with eczema patches and I’ve been going through a lot of trial and error with products. This one has been one of the gentler options — no fragrance, no dye, and the ceramides seem to actually help with the dry cracked areas rather than just sitting on top of the skin. We’ve seen some improvement, especially on the cheeks and arm creases which tend to flare up the most. I like that it’s accepted by the National Eczema Association. Not a complete fix but a solid part of our routine.

This is the only diaper rash cream that has helped my 4 kids. I also have 2 kids with eczema and applying this to the cheeks and face area has made a significant improvement with his eczema.

I use this all of the time. I think it is very effective in prevention, but not so much when a diaper rash has developed. The consistency is a bit of an issue. I like that it is clear, but some time when I squeeze some out it is just oil, or it is a bit thicker with a couple of little chunks. The consistency just isn't consistent. That being said, I plan to continue using this as part of our bath time routine and as overall prevention help.

We turned to this item instead of steroids on my child. He contracted MC on top of his eczema and had the worst flare up ever. He is turning 4, so I didn’t want to use harsh stuff on his young skin. He cleared up in 2 weeks, and the molloscum isn’t as angry or inflamed
