Not bad, I have really enjoyed Philips wired earbuds in the past and have been looking forward to trying the Bluetooth buds.Very good sound -- but not a lot of bass, not a lot of noise cancelling. Generally only good for in the house, almost can't use them on a bus.For me, these are very uncomfortable, though. I can't get through an entire album wearing these. I am looking into a earpad that may make the fit more comfortable. This could be a very personal preference though.Would also prefer wireless charging, but not expected at this price point.Pros:Connect easily, sound is good, easy controls, good battery life, slim case.Worth trying in my opinion.

It was working fine at the beginning, after 4 month the battery became exhausted. later the right headphone became totally unstable. disconnecting a lot, and hard to pair it back.I contacted Philips Canada many times until they finally give me a ticket number. they asked for the invoice and full details for the problem, i sent them all. then they stopped replying.Worst Warranty Ever

The good:They look nice and sleek. I like the matte finish and the case is a nice size, small and compact. The Bluetooth paired very easily with my iPhone 11.The bad:First and foremost, the audio quality is very poor. I didn’t have high expectations to begin with for a $30 pair of wireless earbuds, but even then they managed to underwhelm my already low expectations. Zero bass whatsoever, it just sounds like a really tiny speaker.Then the battery life. I charged it fully and popped them in to listen to a podcast while I was cooking and cleaning. It didn’t last more than around 3.5 hours. Way too short of a battery life for being fully charged.The ugly: this isn’t necessarily the fault of this product, but it’s way too big for my ears. Granted I have freakishly tiny ears for a fully grown woman. Like, super small. The low battery life almost didn’t even matter because after an hour I got a headache from the discomfort. I chalked that up to my unnaturally small ears, but when my husband tried them out, he also said they were too big. His ears are normal sized. So take that into consideration. If you have smallish ears, these are definitely not for you.I was so excited to try these out and unfortunately I will be returning them.

Decidi comprar estos audífonos por la marca y por lo económico que son, mi pedido llego un día antes, todo en orden. Al abrir el paquete saque todo el contenido y me percate de algo, no había un manual como tal, venía una hojita en donde te dice las funciones de lo botones, pero en si, no venia nada para saber cuando están cargados, cuando requieren cargarse ni nada por el estilo, así que me di a la tarea de buscar el manual por ínternet, todo bien hasta ahí. Al usarlos tiene un nivel de volumen bueno lo cual si me permite escuchar bien la música, también en el celular aparece la carga de pila con un 100%, no obstante derrepente se le va el sonido a uno de los audífonos, o aveces se desconectan sin presionar ningún botón, reviso la pila y están al 100% y el estuche igual tiene toda su pila, la verdad no entiendo cual es esa falla. No quiero hacer la devolución porque es mucho problema y la verdad no los uso tanto, así que por experiencia propia. No los recomiendo.
