Humax tivùsat tivùmax LT HD-3801S2 Digital Satellite Receiver

The receiver worked the first time out of the box and was easy to set up. Support was second to none. I had a few questions and reached out for help; I was called back within five minutes. Outstanding level of service.

I cannot be happier as I can watch all Italian channels and the decoder was very easy to install. The smart card worked as soon as we inserted it and the day before I bought the product, the vendor called me to inform me that the card would have worked without any issue. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

Quality product, would be better is smart card was pre activated, wasn’t clear when putchasing.

Excellent service. All set up before I received the item. Took 2 minutes to plug in and all channels already set up.

Great product easy to activate the viewing card and happy viewing

There are still a few channels that you cannot view, hopefully this will change soon.

My second receiver from Humax; the first one "Humax pro hd 6800s" exellent, this one when turned on from standby within 4/5 minutes loses connection for a few seconds, you get a black tv screen,no big deal ,but hope that future software updates will solve the problem.

Was unsure about this product and how to activate the smartcard. I’m Really glad I bought it . It’s Very easy to install and to activate the smartcard as long as you have the right information and details required . I’m so pleased I bought another one for the bedroom.

bonjour ,j'ai essayé d'avoir le service aprés vente sans résultat. J'ai acheté un décodeur Humax HD-3801s2 tivumax sans pouvoir m'en servir. il ne fonctionne pas il faut activer smartcard.merci de faire le necésaire.

L'articolo funziona benissimo, secondo la migliore tradizione Humax, e la sua configurazione è molto semplice. Peccato che, da anni, funzionasse benissimo anche il suo predecessore, Humax anche lui, che ho dovuto sostituire semplicemente per un arbitrio di Tivùsat, che ha deciso di sostituire le Card, insieme col decoder, per fornire lo stesso servizio.

Sensitivity of the receiver is very low so it requires a large dish to do not get freeze frames while watching. At the beginning I was pointing the finger to the dish but then when tested with another older receiver and found the dish was OK obviously the problem is not the dish neither the cable but the receiver. Now it’s running in a summer house in Sardinia with a 1.2m dish and 0.1db LNB but still borderline when it rains
