MRM Nutrition Digest-IC Plant-Based Digestive Enzymes - 30 Servings

I'm so glad I came across this product. It can help people digest various types of food, not just dairy. It helps me with indigestion, sour or upset stomach, bloating, lactose intolerance. It works and I feel better in about less than an hour after talking a tablet. I keep a few on me in a pill container just in case. The only downside to it is that it crumbles into a powder in my pill container on me over time and I would accidentally inhale or try to scoop up the crushed powder and I would start sneezing even with drinking water right away.

I take theses twice a day, helps with indigestion.

I normally don't write reviews but this product has worked so well for me that I just had to express it. I have tried other enzyme products with no clear results. MRM has the right formulation on this one because I got almost immediate results. I have been using this product for the last 3 month and I couldn't be happier with how this product works. I do competitive bodybuilding in which I eat 6 meals a day and this product really do a good job not only in helping to digest my high protein diet but also keep my immune system going. A solid product for sure! My only issue is the quality of packaging. Some of the bottles I've ordered had pills arrived broken. I hope the MRM manufacturing facilities look into some additional bottling Quality Control to prevent pills from getting broken during transit to customer.

I’ve been struggling with constipation and bloating for months and nothing was working for me. Since using these for a few weeks my bloating has gone down and in turn I’ve lost about 5 pounds! They are chalky and at first I was worried about them being hard to swallow however they are very easy to swallow. And I usually struggle with larger pills but I’ve had no issue with these. They also have a minty taste which is pleasant. I’ve been feeling 100 times better thanks to these!

I thought buying this product woud help more than the regular Digest-All, because of its ability to infuse probiotics in the intestinal tract, but when I saw the back of the label, it mentioned it only had only half the amount of lipase enzyme.. only 500 FCCLU instead of the regular 1000 foundin the non-probiotic regular Digest-All. You have to take two of these every time you eat, which you spend double the money. All MRM had to do was to raise the lipase enzyme amount to match the Regular Digest-All, and you don't have to spend so much money for the benefit. I say, just get the regular pills and Buy Dannon Activia or Activia Lite, regularly. That should do it.

This product has been total game changer in assisting my digestion issues and absorption this will be my 3rd month using this and as someone who suffers from acid reflux and Gerd it has helped me so much with ease of pain and better absorption It is def worth every cent. I have also lost weight since I’ve incorporated this to my daily regimen. Work perfectly!

I struggle with digestion issues and these have been a life saver! If I know I’m going to have a cheeseburger or a heavy meal, I take two (mostly before or during the meal) and I have significantly less bloating and discomfort
