I started this iron supplement 4 months ago and so far it has been great! I purchased it because my ferritin levels came back super low and I was feeling horrible. After just a few months, I definitely have more energy and some of my other symptoms (insomnia and hair fall) are starting to balance out. It is super gentle on the stomach, I had no issues at all with nausea or cramping (like I had heard about with other forms of iron). I will continue to take this until my ferritin levels are ideal and then supplement as necessary. Definitely recommend!

Recently had weight loss surgery that requires me to take a MULTITUDE of various vitamins and supplements. I get blood labs taken every 3 months or so and my vitamin levels have been nearly PERFECT since adding this to my daily regimen. Easy to swallow and fits perfectly in my pill containers.

I hardly ever write reviews, and I think this might be the first negative review I've ever written, but I feel compelled to warn others about this product. This was a dangerous experiment for me. I took two capsules (big mistake) one morning on an empty stomach. This was about 8 am. I felt just fine. Around 12 pm (four hours later) I was feeding my toddlers lunch when I noticed a slight vertigo when I turned my head. Strange, but whatever. Over the next ten minutes, it rapidly worsened to the point where I asked my husband to clock out of work and watch the kids; I needed to lay down. I laid down for about 30 minutes, during which time I began to feel the rumblings of a diarrhea attack. I stood up to go to the restroom and found that I couldn't keep my balance and my husband had to help me to the bathroom. At this point I was getting waves of intense nausea and began dry heaving while sitting on the toilet. This lasted until 9 pm that night. I seriously considered going to the ER until I read some of the other reviews and discovered I was not the first to experience this. Sounds like others had it less intense, but there's no mistaking what caused it. The next two days I still felt sick with a migraine. I am terrified to even give this to someone else; it's going in the trash.I wrote an email to the company with a very mildly worded description of what happened and a request for a refund, or at the very least, an explanation for why I and others may have had this reaction to their product. Nothing. No response. Sketchy to say the least. Take this at your own risk.

This product (when following the iron protocol that they share on their website & FB group) helped me feel satiety for the first time in over 8 years as an iron deficit anemic. I felt it for the first time after only a week on taking it twice a day. I'm looking forward to other benefits as I continue taking them.

Highest amount of heme iron I could find in a pill especially for the cost! Excited to see what my follow up blood tests show. It’s nice to have an iron that can absorbed without a lot of restrictions.

I am pregnant and prefer these over non heme iron supplements. Other iron supplements really hurt my stomach and these dont in the slightest. I was only taking 1 capsule and when my bloodwork came back as borderline anemic, I was given the go ahead to take the second capsule. This has made a HUGE difference in how I feel and sleep. It makes me wonder how long I have needed iron.
