Hydralyte Hydration Effervescent Electrolyte Sachets, 20 Lemonade Sticks

I drink one of these every day and have bought them several times now. The lemonade flavour is lovely – fresh and lemony without being unpleasant or difficult to drink.The individual sachets are really convenient as they’re already measured out, so I can just pop one into water and mix it up. They’ve become part of my everyday routine and I genuinely enjoy drinking them.I’ve tried other hydration drinks that I haven’t particularly enjoyed the taste of, but I keep coming back to these. I’ll definitely continue buying them

Due to the positive reviews I read about this product, I decided to give it a try. My choice was lemon, as it sounded appealing. The order arrived quickly, and I was eager to try it out.A little sweet, not overpowering, and I acquired the taste. It took me three sachets at different times to discover that I really enjoyed them. When I was dehydrated, they really helped. I like how easy they are to use, and how quickly they dissolve. The majority of the time, though, I try to sip this, but there are times when I can't and I just drink it all.It did make a difference in how I felt the next morning after drinking it before I went to bed one time, as recommendedI wouldn't recommend this if you prefer a sweet electrolyte drink. Those who are looking for something slightly sweet, but with a bit of flavour, should try this. One downside of this product is its price, it's not the cheapest. Perhaps it can be made less expensive?

Hydralyte effervescent electrolyte sachets in a lemon flavour.These sachets are very useful for a quick rehydration of the body to help recover from lost sorts due to diarrhoea and sickness, travellers fatigue, after a sports session or in fact any other time you need a quick uptake of hydration.Each pack contains 20 Slim sachets of effervescent powder which you use at the rate of one sachet to 200 ml of water ( I tend to mix the sachet with about 300 ml of water to reduce the strength of flavour a bit).This powder mixes quickly with cold water and makes quite a refreshing drink. I actually liked the taste once I had diluted it to my personal taste. I don't think it really matters how much water you add the powder too as long as you drink it all.I found that this supplement very quickly rehydrated me in the morning after a full night's sleep and also it really helped during a few days of a bit of a icky stomach.I think that at the price of £16.99 (price correct at the time of this review) these sachets are more likely to be used on the odd occasion rather than on a regular basis.Thank you for reading and I hope you have found my review helpful.

I am going to be as thorough as possible because I have read some of the 'negative' or lesser star reviews and can understand as a scientist, where their perspective and expectations have come from. What is important to know, is that this product contains specifically, higher sodium than typical beverages/drinks and controlled glucose with no “masking sugar overload”; mainly because sodium + glucose together will enhance intestinal absorption, improve fluid retention and stabilise circulation whilst being gentle on the gut. Combined with my low BP and being celiac - these are the reasons I purchased the lemon sachets. However, due to this scientifically-backed formulation, this means 'how it tastes' is going to be an afterthought and not one of importance. Unfortunately, because most people are used to electrolyte drinks having a sweet, refreshing type Lucozade/Gatorade taste - which makes them less effective -, they are going to take issue with it but what is worth knowing that, generally speaking, the more 'science-backed hydration' the formulas is, the worse it is going to taste lol. Personally, I do not mind the taste because mentally I am not drinking it to replace a soda or a juice. As I mentioned, I am drinking it because I have a low BP, I want to increase my fluid retention and stabilise my circulation. After the first drink I felt notably more alert and refreshed. I hope this is helpful and sets more accurate expectations.

I’ve tried all manner of electrolyte tablets and these are by far the best. Don’t need any time to dissolve, you just tip them into a glass of water, mix and drink. They taste great, just like a cold lemonade. I have one before running and after and I’ll purchase them again for sure.

I bought these for a recent trip to Mexico and they were a god send. Despite drinking lots of water some days I felt dehydrated and needed more than just water. These helped me out within half an hour of taking them and tasted good too.

Not sure if feel better on them or not. I know I don't drink enough and so tried these. I try make myself still drink them but they taste horrible.
