This gum helps fight the bacteria in your mouth which helps to fight cavities.
I absolutely love this gum! I buy it all the time. The flavor last longer than regular gum and it is not made with sugar so you don't feel bad chewing it.

Good for what I needed, but the flavor does not last
I wanted this gum because studies have shown xylitol reduces tooth decay (see Wikipedia quote below). I put this in my kids' lunch, because they have had some issues with cavities, and despite my begging that they brush at lunch, I am very sure they are not. I take this gum also, and I chew it after my lunch. I know my kids will chew this, even if the flavor doesn't last long, because it's gum- and all gum is better than no gum. On the negatives side, if you are looking for a gum that stays soft and chewy and flavorful for a long time, this isn't it. I like the flavor- it's not bitter like some cinnamon gums, but I can't say it lasts long. I chew it, feel it freshens my breath and may help my teeth, and the pretty quickly, when it starts to taste like unflavored rubber, I spit it out.what follows is from wiki:Xylitol is a "toothfriendly" sugar. In addition to not encouraging tooth decay (by replacing dietary sugars), xylitol may actively aid in repairing minor cavities caused by dental caries.[citation needed] Early studies from Finland in the 1970s found that a group chewing sucrose gum had 2.92 decayed, missing, or filled (dmf) teeth compared to 1.04 in the group chewing xylitol gums. In another study, researchers had mothers chew xylitol gum 3 months after delivery until their children were 2 years old. The researchers found that the xylitol group had "a 70% reduction in caries (dmf)." Recent research confirms a plaque-reducing effect and suggests that the compound, having some chemical properties similar to sucrose, attracts and then "starves" harmful micro-organisms, allowing the mouth to remineralize damaged teeth with less interruption. (However, this same effect also interferes with yeast micro-organisms and others, so xylitol is inappropriate for making yeast-based bread, for instance.)Xylitol based products are allowed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to make the medical claim that they do not promote dental caries.[9]

No sugar or artificial sweeteners!
I first received Spry gum as a gift from a health conscious family friend. My initial thoughts were, while it is good, the flavor doesn't last very long. I soon grew to appreciate that, as I prefer not to chew gum very long anyway. As a natural product, it is pretty darn good.I typically chew one or two pieces after each meal. In addition to brushing (with non fluoride toothpaste!) you could easily see an improvement in overall oral health. Plus the absence of sugar (and not replacing it with carcinogenic chemical sweeteners) is an added bonus! After I used all 100 pieces from my friend, I ordered this 600 count version. I didn't read the size, and was quite surprised by how large the container is. Obviously it needs to be to house 600 pieces. Definitely not a container you are slipping into your purse, glove box, or pocket by any means! For first time chewers; don't be surprised by how short the flavor lasts. It's not chemicals bonded to resin, so it will not last as long. Probably not intended for people who want to chew gum for a while, but it's definitely a healthier option and should be considered as part of a healthier lifestyle.Overall I am fully satisfied with this product and will be ordering it again!

Good for your teeth
My husband has to chew gum while he drives (nervous habit) so we figured he might as well chew some that are good for your teeth. This gum was just like any other hard coated spearmint gum, like chiclet style. Tastes good, flavor is so-so.

No issues with the seller or the product.
No problems with the product. I don't use it all the time, but do chew some before a dental appointment to help clean my teeth and mouth a little more.

Not The Best But Not The Worst
I can't really decide how I feel about the gum yet so I'm just going to leave a neutral review with my experience. The gum sizes are a little too small for my liking so I generally take 2 at a time. So for me there is 50 servings per container which is a fairly good deal and lasts quite a while. The flavor is really good, not too strong and not too weak and great bold cinnamon flavor. The downfall is that it doesn't last very long which is probably in the fact that it's not flavored by a bunch of artificial junk. So kind of a trade off. It's pretty hard when you first start chewing on it but relaxes after a few minutes. It does have a strange aftertaste and oral feeling after you spit the gum out but after a while you get used to it and it's not that bad. I think it's just the type of sweetener.Overall the gum is very different from traditional in store gum. Flavor doesn't last quite as long, has a different aftertaste and material is a little different. The trade off is the ingredients are much healthier for your teeth and my mouth actually feels cleaner at the end of the day. I don't have a sugar plaque feeling on my teeth. I think that's why I have trouble deciding if I like it or not. Unhealthy but flavorful or healthy and not as flavorful.
