The Nutripro grinder mixer performs very well. It provides smooth and consistent mixing with relatively less noise, which makes it comfortable to use. I did face an issue after about one month of use—the mixer started getting stuck and making an abnormal sound. However, the Nutripro/Cookwell team responded quickly and helped me with a replacement. The replacement unit is now working very smoothly and perfectly. Overall, I am satisfied with the product as well as the customer support. I’m writing this review a little late because I purchased this product for my 6-month-old baby, mainly for daily use and because it is easy to carry while travelling. Unfortunately, within a few days of purchasing it, the product stopped working. I contacted customer care, and they were very helpful. Within a few days, they exchanged it for a new one. Since then, I have been using the replacement, and I’m very happy with the product. It is convenient, easy to use, and works really well. I also use it for making smoothies and chutney, and it does a great job. Overall, I’m happy with the product as well as the customer service. I would definitely recommend it.

Looks also good, and the jars and lids feel strong and durable. Recently I had some issue with the mixer, so I contacted customer care. They responded well and replaced the product with a new one without any major hassle. The new one is working fine. Overall, happy with the product. I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Nice product I bought it twice for myself n my mom , our 1rst grinder is working superb and 2nd grinder got little problem after 2 months but as it has 2 yrs warranty I got exchanged of my grinder n it's working nicely , the customer care service is on time and very helpful, every process of pick up and receiceing of my grinder was very smooth , thanks , I am the long time customer of Amazon , wishing all the good luck and thanks for all the support ☺️
