I don't usually write reviews, but this stuff is a game-changer. It provides an immediate cooling sensation upon application that seriously reduces that burning and itching sensation. The aloe in it makes it very gentle on sensitive skin, and it actually helps reduce swelling within a day or two. If you are struggling, this is worth every penny.

In terms of cleansing, it does the job as it should. The big deal for me is that it relieves and refreshes in the process. Great product. My only qualm is minor and is not unique to this brand: it is tough to secure and extract a single wipe from the pack. One needs to grope around through the pack opening to find an edge to grab. Then, almost invariably, two wipes come out rather than one. Then, one must shove the second wipe back in. Again, this is not a big deal: just a little annoyance. Bottom line: great product!

I bought these when I got a fissure (total nightmare - wouldn't wish on my worst enemy). It helped massively with cleanup and comfort. These are now a staple in my bathroom because I love how much cleaner I feel after using them! I don't have a bidet but if I did I still would use these. Highly recommend.

I've only had them for a few days and they have been fantastic. I've not had any problems closing the bag up after taking one out and they have been surprisingly easy to just get one put at a time. They feel good on my bum and provide gentle relief.
