This is a great computer. Clear screen, keyboard light to use, set up was quick an easy, there was just one problem with the software. It wouldn't run macafee with the s mode on. To get round this when installing any non Microsoft software, you need to go to the app store and search for "The Switch", that switches off the s setting that blocks other programs. This was the only challenge we had.Amazing value for money. Just what we needed.

Real value for money. I'm not a techi and was apprehensive about setting up a new laptop, but to my amazement and delight Cortana came to life as soon as I powered up and she not only talked me through it, she did all the setting up for me. I already have a small Asus notebook, so I'm familiar with the brand. I'm also extremely impressed that it links to my phone, so I can receive and make calls and messages while I'm working. This is such good value. Highly recommend it. The only disappointment was that windows 11 is not included. Perhaps I missed something in the setup. But who cares. It's perfect for what I needed it for. 👍

Its a cheap as cheap as "granny laptop". It does day to day stuff just fine but won't do anything overly taxing. 1080p screen is great looking, it runs smoothly, video playback is all good. For the money, if you're just looking for something to watch Netflix on, do the online shop, send emails, etc and surf the Internet then its absolutely fine. But don't don't expect it to run any powerful programs at all, its simply not built for that. The lack of a MicroSD slot (which comparible models tend to have) is a drawback because it means the only was to expand the memory is via USB flash or HDD drives but thats not the end of the world.Overall, solid little machine if you just want a serviceable day to day laptop that you don't need for anything extravagant.

Nothing to dislike I was quite apprehensive in purchasing this because off some reviews but I'm glad I did. Wasn't sure in what to expect with it being a notebook you can do everything and more on it.YouTube, social media, games, Spotify, everything you would expect from a high quality laptop.It's well in the budget and customer service is only a click away if any problems are encountered it comes with a gaurantee and after care.Really pleased with this.The colour is amazing no glitches or even slow to run the battery seems to last a lot longer than previous laptops I've had

I cannot fault this laptop. Simple and intuitive set up and importing Microsoft /Google settings is a breeze. Start up is extremely quick and I haven't experienced any lag or slow processes. I run the usual browsing programs, document processing and image manipulation without any problems. The overall build/screen/keyboard and toucpad are all excellent.

Bought this laptop on my daughter's recommendation. She was right . It's a great laptop. Does everything i need it too. Haven't loaded lots of things but I don't need to.Took a while on first set up but once it had loaded what it needed we were away. Start up is really fast. Screen is really clear . Keyboard letters are huge compared to my old laptop. 👍👍Up to now I'm really happy with it.

Hmmm….well yeah it’s ok as laptops go. I don’t have any major complaints with it, just a few gripes. With it being a windows laptop, inevitably it’s processing speed practically halves after about a week (as soon as it realises it has to perform up to 2 tasks at once!!). The other quite annoying thing is a little box that appears periodically in the bottom right corner of the screen, advertising some Mcafee antivirus nonsense. It usually appears just as you’re hovering the curser over there to scroll a page down, hoping you will accidentally click on it and then…accidentally slip and type in your credit card details? Who knows... Anyway, it’s the usual story I suppose: You get what you pay for. I’m not spending a fortune on a laptop that comes out once every 4 years just to update my CV. It does the job. It’s not the fastest thing in the world but it does the job. Oh and the design on the back of the screen looks a bit naff in my opinion. It looks like it’s got some of that protective film stuck on it, but unfortunately that’s just what it looks like.

Great little laptop, easy to use

I purchased this for my dad. It arrived with someone's login details already installed and I was unable to use it. Was supposed to come with Office. No information about that either. And came with a UK plug to Australia.
