Love it as now I can keep my phone in my pocket and change my music while driving the side by side.

SUMMARY: What it can do, it does well, but there are things it can't do, which may be a deal breaker. Fortunately, it's pretty cheap. I wish there were some way to customize what the buttons do. I planned to use this with my motorcycle, and I still may, but it is a bit disappointing. Fortunately, it works with anything that has Bluetooth, so I may find another use for it.I have an iPhone XR.The Bluetooth connection process was dead simple and quick. Just long-press the Play/Pause button, and when the blue light is blinking, connect to the device on your phone/computer/tablet. It comes up as "SmartRemote."It goes to sleep after a short period of inactivity, and wakes up from sleep very quickly. Press any button to wake it up, then immediately press the next control.List of buttons/controls:+ Volume Up/Volume Down: The volume control buttons work beautifully. When you have your camera app running, either button activates the shutter.+ Next/Previous: When you have something playing, these buttons work perfectly.- Play/Pause: I use Youtube Music as my music app. The Play/Pause button only works when there is a song or playlist on-screen. If the Youtube Music app is only open to its home page, pressing play won't do anything. Pressing Play will not launch Youtube Music from the home screen or another app.-- Play/Pause (Long-press): This is supposed to launch Siri, but it does not, even if your phone is unlocked.+/- Previous (Long-press): This starts multi-task management, but then you have to swipe on the phone screen, so I'm not sure what the point is.

Phone on a ram mount, hands in gloves, and THAT song comes up on the play list. You know the one. The song that was recorded too loud and is suddenly blasting into your wireless earbuds while you are riding down the highway. Gloves don't work on the phone, and that song is nearly hurting you. NEXT! PAUSE! VOLUME DOWN, ANYTHING you scream into your helmet to no use your phone can't hear you.But this doesn't have to be. This neat little circle remote uses a coin cell battery, easily pairs with your phone giving you tactile buttons your gloves can use to change tracks, adjust volume, pause, etc it isn't fancy nor does it need to be. It does exactly what you need it for.It does go into sleep mode after about 30 seconds, but press any button and it live again when want it. Quick press to wake up, press your desired button. Done. And you didn't have to pull over to do anything with your phone.The rubber vinyl clip on strap did struggle a bit on my Kawasaki 650's handle bar, but it snapped into place. I slid it up and wedged under the brake master cylinder where it is rock solid. The unit clips into the holder securely.It doesn't call attention to itself. It is subtle and blends in with the controls enough to look stock.At less than $20, it is definitely a quality of life and ride improvement I wish I had done years ago.Just do it. No regrets.

This is mostly a clone of the Satechi button that I've purchased twice before. The main difference is that it goes to sleep in about 30 seconds. Then when you press a button to wake it, that button doesn't actually perform an action, so you have to press it again. I've used these on bike rides for years and now I'm just going to hang onto this one as a backup for when the Satechi button dies again (which it will).

It works, but...1. I goes awake somewhat slow. So don't expect it to respond quickly.2. In the first touches, sometimes tries to do strange stuff if you press repeatedly.3. The surface is completely flat so it doesn't help to feel the buttons quickly. It would help if it had bumps or small dots to know which buttons are being pushed without looking at the control.
