Typically yes but I was sent the wrong product for this listing and the ones sent bent when you put regular polish on. I was sent clear nails, non etched, still stuck on the sticks.

Soak in acetone nail polish remover

Q: Do you have to use uv anything? or can you just take them out, find the right size & glue them on? done!?!

It is up to you if you wish to use UV nail glue as well as it is totally up to you if you choose to use UV nail polish. You can just find your size and glue them on, however they will last longer if you use Uv nail glue .

Q: What's the difference between all the short almond nails? I looked at them and they all seem the be identical with just a different number code.
