Q: Leaked but is it safe?

Is it safe if it leaked? One person says "yes." I say, why consume it if you're unsure. That's the situation I'm in...... Bought and gave it as an xmas gift. When opened it had foam floating on top of the syrup. (Just a result of shipping and jostling?? Well, no.) The foam is still sitting at the top of the bottle days after it was set upright...... Took it to a bartender; nope, he's never seen syrup foam. .....Took it to a wine shop. Owner looks down at his wet hand and says there's a leak in the seam. (I DON'T see a leak, but the wine merchant definitely had syrup on his hand.) Nothing was ever poured from the bottle, yet there was a trace of syrup running down the side of it. But by far BEST OF ALL, Amazon says I can't return it. Dispute in progress.

Q: Is this made with lavender essential oil (as one of the natural flavors)?

It has all natural flavoring, whether from oils or from extracting by other means I don't know.. It has no artificial taste at all, highly recommended. We make a vodka lavender lemonade with it, yummy!

This syrup is a great value for the size!

Delicious! I was initially worried by other reviews because upon my first sniff it did smell kinda like soap. Thankfully once I put it in my latte or my lemonade the flavor is perfect! Reminds me of what I’d order out at a coffee shop! This bottle will last forever too! Great find!

Yuck!!! Tastes like soap

This tastes so bad. Half a teaspoon in a glass of ice tea made the whole thing taste like soap. Not returnable so buyer beware!
