Yes there are a lot of steps to build, but it’s definitely not hard! I’ve never put together furniture alone, but I was able to assemble this in about 2 hours with breaks. Definitely use an automatic screwdriver to save time and have a hammer and scissors handy. Stay organized and make sure you have some floor space to put it together. I had no issues with my drawers closing or things staying level. I like the final product and it’s exactly what I needed.

I read a lot of reviews saying that this wasn’t worth the money and that it’s impossible to put together. Both are wrong. It’s nice, clean, and exactly what you see in the pic. It does look overwhelming when you open the box, because there are a ton of pieces. However, if you read the steps in order (don’t assume you know what to do), it’s super straight forward. For example, one of the first steps is to separate a couple pieces that you don’t use until one of the last steps. If I hadn’t read this step and separated the pieces, it wouldn’t have made sense later when I got to that step. I used a drill, which made things easier, as the screw driver wasn’t as helpful. Once put together, it’s sturdy and just as described. Wasn’t wobbly for me at all. The only thing I found that was weird, was screwing the lock in place. It didn’t seem to sit flush against the drawer to screw in easily. It could have been an error on my part. Either way, looks fine from the outside and is still functional. Overall, I’d recommend.

The assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I had feared based on the reviews. I took my time, I will say there were a few things I had to figure out on my own. As I worked through it I realized there was only one way the large drawer track was going to work so I used my best judgment even though the directions were misleading. I really believe if I could do it anyone can.. fear not. It was easier and faster with two people, I had my daughter help me.I’m pleased with the product as a whole. Works perfectly for I need it for.

Took about 2 hours to install, the instructions are easy to follow and I was ready to give a 5 star review until I tried pushing the drawers in.The drawer slides did not line up easily and took me another hour just to align and close the drawer. I noted some metal beads from the slide of the lower drawer had come out because the slides are very fragile and got deformed easily.I wish I had taken a photo of the slides, but I am just glad I have managed to put everything back in place. Now I will be on tip toes whenever I open the drawers.

This cabinet is exactly what I needed to serve as storage instead of a large desk. The size is good and it seems sturdy. Unfortunately one of the casters broke within days with very little use. I don’t plan on moving it around much but I will have to add a leg where the broken one is or somehow figure out how to replace all five casters.

This was the first thing I ever put together myself so it took me 4 hours by myself. I took my time and made sure to follow the directions. At first the directions were a bit confusing as what to do first but I figured out you will flip back to the first page to see the diagram and everything labeled. I followed all directions and everything went smoothly. The only thing I did modify is at the very end I took off the one wheel for the very bottom large drawer because it wouldn’t shut all the way. Doing this didn’t affect anything with the cabinet or drawers functioning and made the drawer close completely. Absolutely love it

Just like the picture. I put it together myself and it was easy. Lay out all the pieces and take your time. About 2 hrs at a slow pace. No regrets for sure.

I like the size and the look, but it was very difficult to build. One drawer which holds the files also doesn’t close properly which drives me nuts. That said, it was difficult to find what I was looking for and I do like the layout and size, height of the printer holder.

This was a pain to put together, but I took my time and did it right. In the end, the middle drawer is not perfectly aligned, and it’s impossible to fix due to all the pre-drilled holes. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s annoying. Otherwise the piece is sturdy and bigger than I expected (yes I saw the measurements). However I bought this for the “filing storage” which is smaller than I would have liked. So 3/5 stars for me. I’d return it if I could but it’s already built, and I’m NOT taking it apart.

The whole product is a disaster. Very cheaply made. Nothing lines up. The holes for the side shelf do not line up causing the shelf to be on an awful slope. I built over a dozen similar furniture products (Desks, Tv Stands, Shelves etc) made in China recently and they were all far superior in quality and design. Useless product. First regret I've had buying something on here and that's after buying over a 50 items.
