Q: Can you load buck shot with this loader ?

You can size the shell, de-prime it, insert the primer, drop the powder, insert the shot cup - BUT you must drop the buckshot in manually. The shot hopper is not constructed to hold and dispense buckshot. Note that buckshot loads - whether they are 0, 00, 000, or 0000 - will always give the number of pellets in the load.

Q: Will this loader load steel shot as it is?

It has a plastic die block so would not recommend a lot of steel but a few boxes now and again shouldn't wear it too much.

Q: What is the shipping dimension & Weight?

amazon says 4 lbs. The shipping box is half the size of the loader, maybe 6"x14"x8"

Q: Does it have a resizer built in

I have both the 12 gauge and 20 gauge. There is a collar that comes with the set that resizes the brass base of the shell. I have reloaded handgun and rifle shells for several decades, so I had some idea of what I was trying to do with shotgun shells. I've reloaded a hundred rounds between the two presses, and I am very satisfied. I have reloaded some 20 gauge five times and the shells still fit in the chamber and work fine. It sizes the case at the same time it pushes out the expended primer. The collar is removed as the new primer is installed.
