Yes these are for kids or adults
For all the people saying these aren’t for kids, your kid has to learn to swallow pills first. It took my son a bit of time, but he learned and takes these with ease. We also bought the multi vitamin and he takes both. My son is 9. I can tell there is an improvement in his mental health. These aren’t cheweable. If your kid isn’t comfortable swallowing pills then find something else. But to leave a bad review just because something wasn’t meant for you, specifically, doesn’t mean these pills don’t work.

Steady energy, less moodiness.
Excellent for busy kids! My daughter is almost 11, and after going to school all day she’d come home completely wiped out. Since adding this vitamin she’s able to complete her homework and actually enjoy her lacrosse games and practices without melting down from exhaustion. She’s less moody too. I am very happy with this supplement!

as advertised but large tablet size
The tablet is very large for what is advertised as a "mini" tablet . It is about the same length as a regular ibuprofen tablet but double the width. My child is experienced with swallowing tablets but he cannot take this one unless I put it in a spoon of apple sauce.Otherwise, the product arrived as advertised.photo is grayish B-complex tablet next to orange ibuprofen tablet for comparison in size.

Not for small kids
Definitely not a kids vitamin. I have to cut it 4 times for my 8yo son. His urine was bright yellow when he took half tab. Also, he was more hyper. However, I have mental clarity, energy and less brain fog when I take it.
